Psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy is an emerging treatment that has shown promise in alleviating conditions like treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD, and more. Currently, ketamine is the only legally available psychedelic for therapy, but other options like psilocybin and MDMA are expected to become available soon.

Benefits of Psychedelic Therapy

Unlike traditional medications, psychedelics offer a powerful, temporary experience that often leads to deep insights and lasting relief—sometimes in just a few sessions. These substances have also been shown to enhance neuroplasticity, promoting healthier ways of thinking and new perspectives on challenging issues.

Therapy Options Available

I offer two approaches to psychedelic-assisted therapy:

  • Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP): In collaboration with Choose Your Horizon, each KAP treatment includes preparation, a guided 3-hour dosing session, and integration afterward. If KAP is suitable for you, a medical practitioner will prescribe the appropriate dose, and we will meet either in-person or online for the dosing session. This holistic process ensures that your experience is safe, supportive, and beneficial.

  • Psychedelic Integration Therapy: If you already have an existing psychedelic routine, I provide support through intention-setting, integration sessions, and follow-up care. These sessions help you fully benefit from your psychedelic experiences by reflecting on insights and incorporating them into your daily life. Please note: I do not provide guidance on obtaining or administering psychedelics; my focus is on supporting your therapeutic journey.
