The Integrity Reset is a private, 12-week intensive for men who have broken trust in a significant relationship and want to take meaningful responsibility for what happened.
Many men who reach out after infidelity or betrayal aren't primarily looking for couples counseling or symptom relief. They want a structured, reflective process. Something that helps them understand their own patterns, face the impact of what they did, and start rebuilding integrity from the inside out. Whether or not the relationship survives.
This program is designed for men who are ready for honest self-examination, direct accountability, and real repair work in a facilitated setting. It's for the guy who wants to grow without collapsing into shame or hiding behind defensiveness.

Who this is for
Men who have broken trust through infidelity, deception, or other significant betrayals. Men who are done making excuses and ready to understand what actually happened inside them. Men who want to show up differently, regardless of whether their relationship continues.
Who this is not for
This program is not a substitute for therapy, crisis support, or legal counsel. It is not designed for men who are still minimizing what happened or whose primary goal is to save the relationship rather than do the inner work.
The Integrity Reset is a separate offering and is not psychotherapy. It does not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions, and participation does not establish a therapist-client relationship. This program is educational and developmental in nature and is offered independently from my licensed psychotherapy services.
