Here's what sessions cost, how payment works, and what your options are if you're hoping to use insurance.

Individual Therapy $200 50-minute session

Standard individual sessions for men working on relationships, emotional patterns, anxiety, or other personal challenges.

Couples Therapy $250 50-minute session

For couples working through communication, trust, intimacy, or other relationship issues together.

EMDR Therapy Adjusted 90–120-minute session

EMDR sessions run longer than standard sessions and are priced accordingly. Reach out and I'll walk you through the details.

Veterans and First Responders

Reduced-fee EMDR sessions available

I offer reduced-fee EMDR sessions for veterans and first responders, including firefighters, law enforcement, paramedics, EMTs, nurses, and doctors. If you think you might qualify, reach out and we can talk through what's available.

Insurance and Reimbursement

I don't bill insurance directly, but there are options.

I can provide superbills or monthly statements that may allow you to receive out-of-network reimbursement through your insurance provider, FSA, or employer program. A lot of people are surprised by how much their plan covers. I'm happy to help you figure out what might be possible before you make a decision.
